The Process
(01) send an inquiry
Fill out my contact form to tell me a little about what you’re planning! I’ll respond within 48-72 hours with availability, collection details, and the next steps.
(02) connect
We’ll schedule a call to chat through your questions, get to know each other, and talk more about what you’re planning. This is a relaxed conversation to make sure we feel like a great fit for each other.
(03) book your date
Once you’re ready to move forward, I’ll send over the contract and retainer to officially book your date. Then we’re in it together! I’ll be here throughout the planning process whenever you need me.
How far in advance should we book?
Most couples reach out anywhere from 12-18 months in advance, especially for peak wedding dates. That said, availability can vary by season, so I always recommend reaching out as soon as you feel ready.
Will you travel to me for my wedding or session?
Absolutely! Name the time and place and I'll be there. Whether you're having a destination wedding in Italy, a backyard wedding in Tennessee, or just want family photos in your home town, I'd love to document your moments.
Our venue requires a COI, are you insured?
Yes! I have the insurance coverage required by most venues
Do you offer RAW or unedited photo files?
I do not. I treat photography like art, and would never want to deliver an unfinished product. I strongly encourage all of my clients to thoroughly look through my portfolio to ensure that they love my work and trust my creative eye before completing my booking process.
